We are happy to report that since we joined Alfonso’s mentorship program we went from owning two single family homes (2 doors) to now being on track to own 81 doors by the end of 2019. In addition, Alfonso helped us turn around our underperforming rental property where we where losing approx $600 per month to now putting an extra $400 /month in my pocket.
